Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and unworn
• Item must be returned in original condition
• Must include original packaging, box, tags, and certificate (if applicable)
• Must include receipt or proof of purchase
• Item must not be resized, altered, or damaged

All returned items will be inspected and verified before approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or made-to-order jewelry
• Resized rings
• Personalized items
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A return must be approved before sending the item back.

All diamonds are documented and verified. Returned items will be carefully inspected to ensure they match the original item sold. Returns may be declined if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can resolve the issue.
